Marilyn Rybak, Associate Director, Prince George’s County

Ms. Rybak has been in the environmental field for over 31 years, 27 years of which has been with the Prince George’s County’s Department of the Environment, Resource Recovery Division, including holding the position of Recycling Section Manager. She also has several years of experience in the Stormwater Management field. Ms. Rybak is currently the Associate Director of the Prince George’s County Resource Recovery Division, formally known as Waste Management Division. Marilyn began her career upon receiving a degree in Business Administration and worked five years in law enforcement for the Federal Government before beginning her service to Prince George’s County, Maryland. Ms. Rybak obtained certification as a Certified Public Manager during her tenure at George Washington University and is also certified through the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) as a Manager of Landfill Operations (MOLO).
