The
Division’s objective is the timely and cost
effective procurement of equipment, commodities,
supplies and services needed to support the operations
of MES and its clients while maximizing contract
opportunities for private sector businesses.

Potential
bidders can access the 24-hour hotline by dialing
1-800-MES-0366 or 410-729-8502 to retrieve current
bid information. The recorded message will give
bid or RFP project identification numbers, bid
due dates, descriptions of the projects, locations,
site visits/pre-bid conference dates and MBE participation
goals.
