MES experts are available to help clients oversee storm sewer infrastructure issues, storm water management ponds and sanitary sewer systems. We can also help develop storm water pollution prevention plans and administer storm water grant services. 

In addition, MES provides mapping services using global positioning mapping and geographical information systems.

Our groundwater monitoring team provides technical support services associated with environmental assessments and groundwater monitoring for our many state, local government, and private-sector clients. 

This work includes laboratory analyses and reporting to maintain compliance with the numerous permits that are issued to the agency and its clients.

Biosolids Inspection

In addition to expertise monitoring and managing water sources and collection, the agency also employs a divisions of inspectors who help oversee the safe placement of biosolid materials from DC WASA's Blue Plains wastewater treatment plant.
