MES provides the following services clients including infrastructure management of storm sewers, storm water management ponds, and sanitary sewer systems, storm water pollution prevention plan development, and storm water grant services. MES provides mapping services through global positioning mapping and development of geographical information systems.

Storm water sewer collection systems and rehabilitation of ponds and /or storm sewers are part of our engineering design section.

Groundwater monitoring section's mission is to provide technical support services associated with environmental assessments and groundwater monitoring for our State, local government, and private-sector clients. This work includes laboratory analyses and reporting to maintain compliance with numerous permits that are issued to the Agency and our clients.
