This division is responsible the operation and maintenance of the Baltimore County Resource Recovery Facility and the Baltimore County Western Acceptance Facility. The Division is organized on a typical plant operation basis. Managers head up the following primary functions: operations, maintenance, transportation and administration. Each manager is responsible for the effective and economic utilization of human and material resources. The Division Director is responsible for overall operations including recycled product marketing, contract administration and client communications.
