To See a Procurement/Purchasing Representative
Appointments with a Procurement Representative or Agency Buyer should be arranged at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance by calling the Procurement line at (410) 729-8502 or the Purchasing line at (410) 729-8505.
After an evaluation of your product or service the Procurement Representative or Agency Buyer may refer you to certain the departments/divisions that may be interested in your product or service.

Bid Hotline Information
Potential bidders can access the 24-hour hotline by dialing 1-800-MES-0366 or 410-729-8502 to retrieve current bid information. The recorded message will give bid or RFP project identification numbers, bid due dates, descriptions of the projects, locations, site visits/pre-bid conference dates and MBE participation goals.
