OPERATIONS MANAGER II

Maryland Environmental Service has a vacancy for an Operations Manager II (Grade 7) at the Montgomery County Recycling Center in Derwood, Maryland.  Responsibilities include planning, coordinating and directing the daily functions of the facility and acting as liaison between Headquarters and facility personnel.  Minimum qualifications include Graduation from a standard high school or GED plus four years of supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license with less than six points.  MES is seeking a candidate with a demonstrated background and ability in managing a diverse group of employees in a processing environment.  Computer skills and bi-lingual ability (English Spanish) are a plus.
