ELECTRICIAN III

An opening exists at the BWI Airport, MD location for an Electrician III for the Environmental Monitoring Division within Maryland Environmental Service. Responsibilities include performing installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment used for a variety of environmental projects.

Minimum qualifications include a HS Diploma/GED, 7 years of experience performing installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment, with a focus on motors, pump functions, and control panels, and familiarity with NEC 2008/2011 requirements, (education may be substituted for experience). Must have a valid driver's license with less than six points, possess the ability to lift 50lbs., and possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Position requires ability to obtain Security Clearance.
