Use Guidelines
The
Baltimore County Resource Recovery Facility (BCRRF), at
10275 Beaver Dam Road, Cockeysville, Maryland, has been
operated by the Maryland Environmental Service since
July 1, 1990.
The
facility exists to serve the needs of Baltimore County
residents in the areas of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW)
transfer, recovery and marketing of curbside generated
recyclables, and by providing a convenient drop-off
center to Baltimore County residents, both for general
household waste and recycled material disposal.

the facility utilizes approximately 40 residents from
the Baltimore County Department of Corrections (in
Towson, MD), to assist with our recycles processing.

transfer trailers, at one of two site locations, and
hauled to disposal sites by outside haulers, contracted
by Baltimore County.
