The Chief of Environmental Compliance shall:

Monitor changes and trends in federal, state and local environmental regulations—as well as industry standards -- and advise affected MES groups of significant regulatory developments;

Obtain and maintain a current set of applicable local, state and federal environmental laws and regulations;

Coordinate with and keep OAG informed on all environmental activities involving any MES facility or operation.

Establish employee training programs to respond to changes in environmental laws and regulations.
